One Asia Travel (OAT) is establishing a centralised information, quotations and reservations centre in Bangkok under the auspices of Turismo Asia, the Partner for Thailand.
The principal objective of this OAT Centre is to cater to the needs of agents with FIT or one-off groups or special interest tours where more than one OAT destination is required.
It is also intended to assist travel agents and tour operators new to the OAT region in compiling programs to suit their needs and to appeal to their clients.
PAYMENTS
Please note that a centralised payment facility is currently being established for all reservations made through One Asia Travel Limited (OATL) on behalf of its Partners.
Full details of this service will be announced shortly but until then payment must be made directly through each Partner in OATL for the services they provide. Individual Parties Invoices will be sent out at this time.
The Policy of One Asia Travel Limited will be that all arrangements made through OATL must be prepaid and that payment is advised as credited to the OATL account prior to the clients arrival at the first point in which services are requested from an OATL Partner.
Example: An itinerary is confirmed visiting Hong Kong, Thailand and Singapore in that order.
An Invoice will be sent from the OATL Reservations Centre in Bangkok and payment for all services must be credited to the OATL Bank Account prior to the clients arrival in Hong Kong.
Failure to receive payment may result in the cancellation of all the client arrangements without prior notice.
Currency
Unless legal requirements or special circumstances dictate otherwise, all invoices and payments for services arranged by OATL will be conducted in United States Dollars.
